		<description>hm.. kalau ikut undang2, memang selagi bank kita belum disburse duit atau kita belum bayar penuh ke bank penjual, kita belum ada hak sepenuhnya atau hak pendudukan ke atas hartanah tersebut.
tapi owner lama pun dah tak ada hak juga sebab hak sebenarnya dah jatuh kepada bank penjual / bank pelelong tu.</description>
