		<description>saya tak pernah jual rumah tapi pernah beli rumah... setakat ni agen dari vendor tak pernah mintak komisen ke apa la... tapi pendahuluan yg agen tu mintak lain2... yg 1st time 2% je, yg 2nd time 3% tp yg last sekali 5%... sah agen yg 2nd &amp; 3rd tu tipu vendor... betul tak?</description>

		<description>hm.. tentang yg tree_cool ckp tu, bg saya agent tu dah dpt banyak dah dr 2% atau 2.75% dr vendor tu. buat apa kita bazir duit bayar saguhati kat dia kan..
baik simpan duit tu utk bayar lawyer fee nnt.
Jangan risau, agent tu tak de hak nak kecik ati punya.. hehe</description>
